(PHOTOS) HORROR-IN-WAITING: Lagos Bridge Nears Collapse

Heavy rain falls in some parts of Nigeria has caused the collapsed of many bridges, cutting towns and villages away from the rest of the world, displacing and rendering many homeless; especially in the northern part of Nigeria.

A similar horror looms in a boundary town between Lagos and Ogun States as pictures sent in by a resident shows that the Odo-Pako bridge around Alagbo area of Lagos; is at a dilapidated stage and nearing collapse.

The resident-a journalist-called on both state governments to urgently intervene to prevent Odo-pako from being cut off from the rest of the world
