English football giants, Manchester City have reached the final of the UEFA Champions league for the first time in the club’s history.
Pep Guardiola’s side achieved the feat after beating visitors Paris Saint-Germain 2-0 in a pulsating semi-final second leg on Tuesday night at the Etihad, thereby completing a 4-1 aggregate; having won the first leg 1-2 in Paris last week.
Riyad Mahrez was the star man of the show getting two goals in either half to seal the deal.
Things got worse for PSG in the 69th minute when Angel Di Maria was sent off for violence conduct.
it is also the first time Guardiola has made it through to the final of the UCL since wining the trophy in 2011
