Members of the Lagos State House of Assembly have paid a courtesy vist to the national leader of the all progressives congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his home in the United Kingdom ( UK) where is currently on medical leave.
The team that visited Aiwaju was ably led by the Speaker, Rt Hon Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa in the company of Hon Temitope Adewale, Hon Nurudeen Akinsanya, and Hon Sylvester Ogunkelu.
Asiwaju in his jovial manner welcomed the delegation and thanked them for showing care and concern about him. He added, “As you can see, contrary to what political detractors are saying, I am hale and hearty, fit as a fiddle”
The Speaker, Rt Hon Obasa extended the greetings of the Honourable Members of the Lagos state assembly, and issues of national importance were discussed.
In his words, Rt. Hon. Obasa also expressed the importance of their visit to Asiwaju being a leader, a father, a mentor, and a nationalist.
The visit of the assembly has further proved to the world and the rumor mongers that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is alive, well, and healthy.
Giving his remarks, Hon Temitope Adewale told Asiwaju that, he is being missed by everyone, especially for his fatherly advice, mentoring, and political strategies. He said, “we can not wait for you to be back home sir”.
